Mulch Madness Delivery Date Change explained and reminder for mulch madness committee members.
Hello Parents,

There have been a lot of questions about the Mulch Madness delivery date change and we want to send out an email explaining the reasons why we needed to change the delivery date from April 7, 2018 to April 14, 2018.

1. The weather forecast for Saturday, we are expecting rainy weather.
2. Players turning in their mulch money and forms incorrectly and not on time. We received money without forms. Remember, the forms tell us how many bags of each color of mulch was sold.

Parents, be on the lookout for follow-up email(s) with more INFO pertaining to our Mulch Madness Delivery Day.

Note: For parents who signed up to participate on the mulch madness committee and was unable to make the meeting last night at the school, we will have another meeting next week; date to be determined. Be on the lookout for an email pertaining to this meeting time and check Facebook football group page. Please make effort to attend as we need as many volunteers as we can get for Delivery Day!
